Grievance Officer (DPDP Act, 2023)

As required under the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, our Grievance Officer for privacy and data-protection queries is:

Response SLA: We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days of receipt.

Response expectations

Support tickets are answered within 2 business days. Privacy and grievance matters follow the SLA shown above, aligned with the Australian Privacy Act and applicable global data-protection statutes.
